Press ALARM/CLEAR switch.

STATUS CODE 14 (VFU TAPE CHANNEL NOT FOUND).
Re-install VFU tape (para 2-11), and press ALARM/CLEAR switch.
I f f a u l t p e r s i s t s , t e l l your supervisor maintenance is required.
STATUS CODE 15 (PRINTER UNABLE TO READ TAPE).

Check VFU tape for tears and excess wear.
Replace VFU tape (para 2-11), and press ALARM/CLEAR switch. If
f a u l t p e r s i s t s , t e l l your supervisor maintenance is required.
STATUS CODE 16 (SINGLE STEP MODE BOF OPTION IS SET AND PAPER IS LOW).

Press ALARM/CLEAR switch, and wait until paper steps to bottom of form.
Then press ON/OFF/LINE switch.
STATUS CODE 17 (LOSS OF PRINT SYNC).
