1. Power OFF printer (para 2-7).
2. Open operator door.
3. Lift up hammer bank latch handle to
open hammer bank.
4. Open pivot arm assembly.
5. Make sure ribbon is threaded between
p i v o t arm roller and ribbon drive
roller.
6. Make sure ribbon is under light
tension.
7 . Push ribbon cartridge to the left to
make sure it is properly seated.
Cartridge should now be locked in
position.
8 . Make sure ribbon is around first
r i b b o n guide.
9. Close pivot arm assembly.
