Using a multimeter, test each phase (A, B, C) for 208 ± 10 Vac on the line side terminal board (3).

Using a multimeter, test each phase (A, B, C) for 208 ± 10 Vac on the load side terminal board (4).

Place printing press circuit breaker on power distribution panel in OFF position.
