MALFUNCTION
TEST OR INSPECTION
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Step 4.
Reverse correct and incorrect phase lamp bulbs.
If correct phase light operates, replace defective lamp bulb.
WARNING
Main power cable must be disconnected from Press Section before
performing further troubleshooting on phase monitor meter. Failure to do
so may result in DEATH or serious injury.
Step 5.
Request Module C operator set main circuit breaker in power distribution box to OFF position and
disconnect main power cable from shelter. Remove screws holding phase monitor meter to wall. Remove
phase monitor meter and check for broken or missing wires.
Replace wiring. Refer to FO-2.
Step 6.
Test switches for continuity. Reading should be zero ohms.
Replace faulty switch. (Refer to paragraph 4-27d or f.)
If switches test good, replace circuit board. (Refer to paragraph 4-27g.)

PRINTING PRESS FAILS TO OPERATE PROPERLY.
Step 1.
Refer to TM 5-3610-304-20/20P for repair procedures for the printing press.
12.
EMERGENCY LIGHT DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY.

Emergency Light Does Not Light When Tested and Charge Light is Not Lit.
Step 1.
Check that ON/OFF switch is set to ON.
Set ON/OFF switch to ON.
