4. Remove ribbon cartridge (para 2-9).
5. Remove character band (para 2-10,

6. Vacuum paper dust and ribbon lint
f r o m all areas accessible through
o p e r a t o r door.
WARNING
I s o p r o p y l alcohol is flammable. Do
not use near high heat or open flame.
7 . Dampen clean lint-free cloth with
i s o p r o p y l alcohol.
8. Clean character band track on side
of band pulleys.
