Wrap new heater threads with thread seal tape.

Screw new heater in place.

Install hot water tank (19).

Install valve (18), hoses (17), and clamps (16).

Install temperature probe (15) and tighten nut (14).

Connect wires (13), tighten screw (12), and tighten bracket (11).

Put heater cover (10) on and tighten screws (9).

Push temperature indicator knob (8) on.

Secure hot water tank (19) with nuts (4), lockwashers (5), flat washers (6) and bolts (7).

Install clamp (2) and hose (3).
(23)
Close rear door.
(24)
Turn on power and test operation.
