Clip tie straps and unsolder electrical connection (4) from switch 52 (5).

Disconnect green and white wires (6) from terminal board (7).

Remove screws (8) flat washers (9), lockwashers (10), and nuts (11).

Remove pump (12), remove brass fittings (13), and repair pump if necessary. (See
paragraph 4-22.L. below.)

Cut and strip cord (14) on new pump (12) to same length as old pump cord (14) and
attach terminal lugs to green and white wires (6).

Install brass fittings (13) on new pump (12).

Place new pump (12) in position.

Install screws (8), flat washers (9), lockwashers (10), and nuts (11) holding pump
in place.

Connect green and white wires (6) to terminal board (7).

Solder wire (4) to switch 52 (5) and attach tie straps.

Attach hoses (3) and clamps (2).

Close rear door (1).

Turn power on and test operation.

Repair by replacing Toggle Switch. (Refer to figure 4-21.)
WARNING
Disconnect power to the sink assembly before opening rear door. DEATH
on contact may result if power is not disconnected.
