INITIAL SETUP:

Tool kit
Remove
1
Remove hammerbank assembly (para 4-46).
2. Remove three screws holding plate and gear
assembly.
3. Remove plate and gear assembly.
NOTE
If any or all gears are defective, pull off
retaining ring with retaining ring tool, and
pull gear off post.
