Inspect for one or more defective telephone binding posts.
If necessary, replace defective binding posts as described in paragraph 15-2.
4. NO ELECTRICAL POWER TO SHELTER SYSTEM
Step 1.
Inspect for generator set power source not operating.
Start the generator set in accordance with the applicable Department of the Army Technical
Manual.
Step 2.
Inspect for circuit breakers not positioned to on.
Position applicable circuit breakers to on.
Step 3.
Check that main power cable is correctly connected at main power receptacle. (See fig. 5-1).
