REPAIR OF BLACKOUT DOOR LOCKPIN ASSEMBLY
13-1. General.
The blackout lockpin is used to prevent the shelter
door from being opened from the outside during
blackout periods. The chain mounted pin is located
on the inside rear wall of the shelter to the left of the
door. When in use, the pin passes through a hole in the
shelter door locking mechanism. (See fig. 13-1.)
