4-35. ROLLER RACK ASSEMBLY.

Inspect.
(1)
Inspect roller rack located on interior curbside wall of shelter for cracks, breaks, and security of
mounting.
(2)
Inspect roller rack thumbscrews for condition and ease of movement.
b.
Replace.
(1)
Loosen thumbscrews (1) and remove rollers (2) if present from roller rack.
(2)
Remove screws (3), lockwashers (4), and flat washers (5) from roller rack.
(3)
Remove rack (6).
(4)
Remove blind nut rivets (7) from wall if necessary. Remove only if damaged.
(5)
Install blind nut rivets (7) on curbside wall of shelter if necessary.
(6)
Align rack with existing holes in curbside wall of shelter.
(7)
Install roller rack (6), flat washers (5), lockwashers (4), and screws (3).
