4-18. INK CART AND TOOL CADDY. - Continued
a.
Replace loose or missing rivets on cart handles (1).
b.
Tighten or replace loose or missing bolts, nuts and washers on ink cart and tool caddy transporter assembly (2).
c.
Repair by replacing transport assembly.
(1)
Place wood blocks under ink cart and tool caddy.
(2)
Raise transporter wheels until clear of the floor.
(3)
Remove spring pin (3) and control knob (4).
(4)
Remove bolts (5) lockwashers (6), and flat washers (7) securing transporter assembly to cart and
remove transporter assembly (2).
(5)
Align holes in replacement transporter assembly with holes in cart and secure in place with bolts
(5), lockwashers (6), and flat washers (7).
(6)
Replace spring pin (3) and control knob (4).
