This manual is for use in operating and maintaining
Camera Set, Still Pictures KS-99C.
a. DA Pam 310-4. Refer to the latest issue of DA
P a m 310-4 to determine whether there are new edi-
t i o n s , changes, o r a d d i t i o n a l p u b l i c a t i o n s p e r t a i n i n g
t o the equipment.
b. DA Pam 310-7. Refer to DA -Pam 310-7 to
d e t e r m i n e whether there are modification work orders
( M W O ' s ) pertaining to the equipment.
a. Reports of Maintenance and Unsatisfactory
E q u i p m e n t . Maintenance forms, records, and reports
which are to be used by maintenance personnel at all
maintenance levels are listed in and prescribed by TM
38-750.
b . Report of Packaging and Handling Deficiencies.
Fill out and forward DD Form 6 (Packaging Im-
p r o v e m e n t Report) as prescribed in AR 700-58/NAV-
SUPINST 4030.29/AFR 71-13/MCO P4030.29A,
a n d DSAR 4145.8.
